1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Troppo Caro (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Studio”), a creative technology and production studio operating under PRG Media Company (“PRG”).
These Terms govern your access to and interaction with www.troppocaro.com (the “Site”), our portfolio reels, case studies, interactive previews, and informational materials. By accessing, browsing, or interacting with the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.
2. Eligibility & Legal Capacity
By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

3. Studio Services & Commercial Contracts
Troppo Caro is an advanced creative technology and production studio specializing in real-time Unreal Engine 5 virtual production, cinematic visual effects (VFX), macro optical cinematography, and bespoke commercial films.
Distinction Between Website Previews and Commercial Engagements:
The visual projects, look-development reels, and media presented on the Site serve purely demonstrative and portfolio purposes. The Site does not constitute a formal commercial proposal or binding production commitment.
All client commissions, technical scopes, timelines, fee structures, and deliverables must be executed via an independent Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by authorized representatives of PRG Media Company. In the event of any conflict, the executed commercial SOW shall govern.

5.1 Studio Proprietary Content
All original creative assets on the Site—including visual direction, 3D assets, Unreal Engine environments, sound design, software scripts, brand typography, and editorial text—are the exclusive intellectual property of Troppo Caro, PRG Media Company, or their licensors. No portion may be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written authorization.
5.2 Client Production Deliverables
IP ownership, perpetual buyout rights, or usage licenses concerning deliverables produced under commercial client engagements are regulated exclusively by individual Statements of Work.
5.3 User Submissions & Ideas
Troppo Caro does not accept unsolicited confidential scripts, treatments, or production concepts. Any information transmitted via public contact channels is deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary.
6. Speculative Work & Trademark Disclosures
Important Notice Concerning Speculative Creative Work (“Spec Ads” and “Concept Films”):
The Site showcases speculative creative projects and concept look-development films produced by Troppo Caro for research, technology demonstration, educational reference, and artistic portfolio display.
- •Illustrative Demonstrations: Spec films may reference, depict, or incorporate third-party trademarks, vehicle models, or luxury brand identifiers solely to illustrate the studio's photorealistic technical execution and cinematic direction.
- •Non-Commissioned & Unsolicited: All such speculative showcases are non-commissioned, unsolicited, and non-sponsored unless explicitly noted otherwise.
- •No Implied Affiliation: The presence of brand motifs does not signify, imply, or constitute any corporate endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or commercial tie between Troppo Caro/PRG Media Company and depicted rights holders.
- •Third-Party Ownership: All third-party logos, trademarks, product names, and trade dress remain the sole property of their respective trademark proprietors.
7. Third-Party Links & External Platforms
The Site may reference or link to external domains, social networks, or cloud video players (e.g., Vimeo, YouTube, Instagram). Troppo Caro maintains no editorial influence over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, uptime, terms, or privacy practices of external third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Provided “As Is” and “As Available”
The Site, all media showreels, concept materials, and interactive features are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Troppo Caro and PRG Media Company disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted streaming performance, or total freedom from server errors or malware.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, neither Troppo Caro, PRG Media Company, nor their directors, executives, contractors, or affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages—including loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunities—arising from your use of or inability to access the Site.
Aggregate Liability Cap: Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of these Terms or Site access shall not exceed €100.00 (One Hundred Euros) or the amount paid by you, if any, for direct Site access in the prior 12 months.
10. Indemnification Obligations
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Troppo Caro, PRG Media Company, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, judgments, losses, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of Site assets, or any materials you submit to us.
11. Termination & Access Suspension
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability or advance notice, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site or its media resources if we believe your conduct breaches these Terms, jeopardizes system security, or harms the studio's reputation.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any non-contractual disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the European Union, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the European Union, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights granted by your jurisdiction of habitual residence.
13. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued access to the Site constitutes ongoing acceptance of the amended terms.
14. Severability & Entire Agreement
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is adjudicated to be unenforceable or invalid, that clause shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder shall remain fully operative.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any executed production agreements, embody the complete agreement between you and Troppo Caro / PRG Media Company concerning use of the Site.
