3. Payments & Refunds
Payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Custom services are non-refundable after project initiation.
Refunds are only issued if we are unable to deliver the agreed service.

4. Intellectual Property
All content created by Troppo Caro remains our property until full payment is received. Clients may not resell or modify our work without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any client violating our policies or engaging in illegal activities.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.
